  2. Print-on-Demand and Manufacturing Partner: Our products are custom-manufactured on-demand through our third-party printing partner, Contrado. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items are made-to-order specifically for you.
  3. Product Display, Color, and Sizing VariationsVisuals: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical item. Sizing: All custom apparel and goods are made by hand. Minor variations in sizing, stitching, or print placement within industry standards are normal and do not constitute a defect. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
  4. Shipping and Delivery TimesProduction Time: Because items are custom-made, orders require a manufacturing lead time before they ship. Estimates provided at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing, postal strikes, courier backlogs, or incorrect address entry by the customer. Import Duties: If ordering internationally, you are solely responsible for any import customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country.
