Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy Because all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process size exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, we will happily replace or refund it. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
To report an issue:Contact our support team at nerdyvikinr@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Shopify Order Number.
Include clear photographic or video evidence showing the fault, the full item, and the product packaging.
Once our team reviews and verifies the manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Please do not return any items to us without prior authorization
